Zipporah Davis is an emerging fiction writer and a previous community engagement professional.
Since childhood she has dabbled with her creativity, having written stories featuring strange characters in far-off worlds and writing plays for her family to reenact. After being awarded the 2023 Michael Drache ‘Big History, Big Ideas’ Prize for her essay on the Nk’Mip’s’ entrepreneurial pursuits, she considered it a sign to seriously further her career in creative writing. Currently, she resides in Toronto where she most recently completed her first Fellowship in with INKspire in 2024.
